Being new homeowners in southwest Florida, you can imagine the horror we felt watching Charley hit the area the first year our house was built. Then came Wilma and more terror running through our veins. Paradise just wasn't supposed to include hurricanes!

Last December your firm rebuilt my pool enclosure which had been destroyed by a combination of Hurricane Charlie and poor workmanship on the part of the original contractor when Frey & Son buil tmy house in 2000.

I have just returned to Naples, on the heels of Wilma, to find that - inlike many of my neighbors - my pool enclosure is in virtually perfect condition (bar maybe a loose panel or two) without the slightest hint of structural damage.

I congratulate you and your team for a job very well done.

Last May we spotted one of your service vehicles working in our neighborhood. I asked the service man if he could look at some ideas we had for adding to our screen enclosure. He said no, but that he would contact the office and have someone call soon.

That afternoon Mr. Luis Maldonado, Operations Manager was at our door. I showed Luis a couple of ideas that we had and explained that we were not sure we were going to do anything. Luis went over our plans and gave us ideas on what we could do. He explained the procedure and details of the construction that would eb done. We were impressed and agreed to accept a proposal, which was forthcoming in a couple of days.

After a few weeks we called Luis and he came out to put together a deal to do the work. Luis told us about the laser measuring and CAD drawings that would be prepared and we scheduled the work for the first part of July, pending a permit from Lee County.

The work was completed last wek. We were please with the installation crew and a follow-up by Luis on the last workday. The installation is impressive; anyone can see the quality in construction.

We would recommend Hansen Enclosures.
